Condition: Nice vintage condition, no holes or rips or tears. Fringe is all in tact with no knots or shortened strands. Fringe should be ironed. There is a light small cluster of spots on the edge of the shawl in the silk, and there is a cluster of light small spots in another small area in the silk. Description

This is a nice vintage 1920s pure silk shawl which is entirely hand embroidered. There are four large dark pink cabbage roses as well as many other smaller roses, buds and leaves all over the body of the shawl. It has a nice macrame header and a long fringe which measures 19" all inclusive. The body of the shawl is 59" by 55".
The condition of the shawl is very good vintage. There are two small areas of cluster spots which are light. They will not be noticed as the shawl is so busy with embroidery. I have photographed them for you.
