Good
- These dishes have some minor signs that they have been used.
No chips, crazing, cracks, or signs of repair. This grade covers dishes that
have a bunch of tiny utensil marks that show in reflected light but they still look good on your table.
May have a few larger marks. Minor wear to any gold trim. Not abused, but used.
Everyday
- These dishes may be just like the ones in your set. No chips, cracks, or signs of repair. They have signs that they have been used. Any gold trim probably shows some obvious wear. They have been used by people that cut their meat. When you hold it to the light you see utensil marks. May have stacking rub marks. At this grade they may have some crazing marks,
but if they do they will mention it in detail.
The price reflects condition.
Any of the grades can have something additional to note, such as crazing, a scratch, a fleabite chip, etc., but that will be spelled out in the description. If nothing is mentioned you can assume there is nothing to surprise you.
We try to be as accurate as possible when describing condition. Sometimes we might miss something, but we try our very best to be thorough.
